Chicken Yakitori
• Soak 24 bamboo skewers in cold water for 30 minutes. • Slice chicken breasts into thin strips and thread onto skewers. • Place soy sauce, sake or sherry, garlic, honey, sesame oil and ginger in shallow dish and stir. • Add the skewers and spoon the marinade over them. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour or overnight. • Preheat grill to medium-high. • Remove chicken from marinade, grill chicken 2-3 minutes on each side until chicken is fully cooked.

• In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth. • Store refrigerated, in a sealed container.
